Genoa Township Amendment Notice
On August 20, 1990 at the regular meeting of the Genoa Township Board certain provisions of the Genoa Township Emergency and Disaster Preparedness Ordinance were amended.
These amendments concern the changes in Public Act No. 390 of 1976 and the definition of "Coordinator". The Ordinance was amended as follows:
Article 1.0: Purpose
Section 1.2
The provisions of this Ordinance provides the means through which the Township Board may exercise the Authority and discharge the responsibilities vested in them by Act No. 390, Public Acts of
1976, as amended.
Article 2.0: Definitions
Section 2.1.1
"Coordinator" shall mean the Livingston County Emergency Services Coordinator appointed to coordinate emergency planning and services within Livingston County, including Genoa Township.
