Clerk Department Description
The Township Clerk is responsible for the maintenance and custody of all Township records. The Clerk maintains the Township general ledger and the Township Ordinance Book. The Clerk records, maintains and publishes Township meeting minutes. The Clerk is also responsible for regular and special meeting notices for meetings. The Clerk oversees Township elections and maintains voter registration files.

Am I registered to vote?
The Michigan Secretary of State's website at https://webapps.sos.state.mi.us/mivote/ can look up your voter registration. Just fill in your name and date of birth.
Where do I obtain a Michigan Voter Registration Application.
Applicants may register to vote with the attached form found here. Please complete the form and mail it to:

What times are the polls open?
The polls are open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
How do I obtain an absent voter ballot?
Applications for voting absentee for elections will be posted on the front page of the Township website weeks before the next scheduled election.
