                                                       AGENDA

1.     Call to Order. The following members were present constituting a quorum for the transaction of business:  Township Clerk Paulette Skolarus, and Township Trustees Diana Lowe and Jean Ledford, and including Deputy Clerk Mary Krencicki and Election Coordinator Tabitha Dolan.

2.     Request for approval of the Agenda.

3.     Observance of the Public Accuracy test for the General Election scheduled for Nov. 5, 2024 with signatures approving the accuracy test.

4.     Call to the Public.   

5.     Request for approval of the Minutes of July 9, 2024.

6.     Request for approval of Resolution No. 240926 to pre-process absent voter ballots on the following dates:  Oct. 26, 2024, Oct. 27, 2024 (optional), Nov. 2, 2024, Nov. 3, 2024 beginning at 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and Nov. 5, 2024 beginning at 8:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

7.     Request for approval of persons scheduled to work the Nov. 5, 2024 General Election as poll workers (note:  per diem’s and hourly rates will remain the same as previously approved).

8.     Adjournment
