Request to approve the proposal from BS&A Software to purchase the Building Department.NET application to be used for project management and tracking, permitting, enforcement, and planning and zoning processes at a cost not to exceed $33,465.00 plus annual service fees of $3,570.00 which may be increased by no more than the yearly CPI. 

4. Discussion regarding Latson Road water and sewer funding options.
